TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to ORRA Travel LLC. By using our travel concierge services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. ABOUT ORRA TRAVEL LLC

ORRA Travel LLC provides personalized travel planning services, which may include the resale of travel services such as flights, accommodations, transportation, admission tickets, tours, and consultations. We work with various third-party providers to curate experiences for our clients.


2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final travel documentation, including record locators and reference numbers, will be provided at least 3 calendar days prior to the scheduled travel or service date unless the booking is made less than 3 days prior, in which case the documentation will be provided within 12 hours of payment.


3. ALL SALES FINAL – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. ORRA Travel LLC does not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to client cancellations, no-shows, or unused services. We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.


4. CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS

ORRA Travel LLC reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if services become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to notify clients of any significant changes, we are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by third-party providers.


5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information and travel preferences
  • Complying with all documentation, visa, passport, vaccination, and travel requirements
  • Adhering to all policies and requirements of third-party service providers

ORRA Travel LLC is not liable for consequences resulting from the client's failure to meet these obligations.


6. DISPUTE POLICY

If you experience a problem or dispute regarding our services, you must notify ORRA Travel LLC in writing within five (5) business days of the issue. We will review all concerns in good faith. Before pursuing any legal action, both parties agree to engage in binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar recognized body. The mediation decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs related to mediation, and both shall equally share the mediator's fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. FORCE MAJEURE

ORRA Travel LLC shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, labor strikes, travel bans, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for services affected by such force majeure events.


8. PRIVACY POLICY

ORRA Travel LLC respects your privacy. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services, such as name, contact details, and travel preferences. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information may be shared only with trusted third-party providers as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements. By using our services, you consent to our use of your information in this manner. For security, we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security of digital communications.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ORRA Travel LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances. We act solely as an intermediary between you and service providers. We do not guarantee the performance or quality of services provided by third parties.


10. CHANGES TO TERMS

ORRA Travel LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.


11. INDEMNIFICATION

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ORRA Travel LLC, its members, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your breach of these terms and conditions; (c) your violation of the rights of any third party; or (d) your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or travel requirements.
